#90 - 📱The end of CPF calls

🥷 Orange's antispam telephone application

Here is an application that has been of great service to me in recent months with the increase in unsolicited calls to accounts CPF.

Orange offers an application called Orange Telephone which will filter the calls you receive to tell you which ones are spam.

When your phone rings the number is directly compared to the community database which will tell you whether it is a simple canvassing or on the contrary a malicious call.

It's super well integrated and the application is available on iPhone and Android and is essential for me.

Important clarification, it does not require being an Orange subscriber.

🎤 A podcast with Steve Jobs generated by AI

Every week I am more amazed by the progress of Artificial Intelligence and its concrete applications.

After the image generation tools and those who renovate your decor, I present to you a podcast generator (and to say that I'm bored to record one every week 😅).

This tool called podcast.ai striked a big blow by offering an interview between Joe Rogan and Steve Jobs… Knowing that neither of them actually recorded this episode: Rogan because he was not interested and Jobs… Because he is not alive 😇.

In any case between that and the ultra realistic avatars of Meta, there will really be reason to doubt more and more about what we see or hear.

En bonus si tu want to put this into practice, I'm sharing with you the template created by Remi for the occasion which is an excellent way to get started.

🤠How does Netflix want to put an end to password sharing?

We've already talked about it in recent months, it's not really a party on Netflix's side: drop in the number subscribers, fierce competition, …

When you see the evolution of subscription prices we wonder why subscribers are leaving Netflix

All this forces the streaming giant to adapt by launching a low-cost offer with advertising from November 3 while at the same time making password sharing much more complicated.

But how does Netflix intend to limit account sharing?

From 2023, Netflix will systematically overcharge the owner of the account which is used in several “households”.

It will cause a fuss in families but fortunately there was the announcement this week of an account transfer function (so that you do not lose your recommendation history when you start paying for your subscription).

Ah they have become smart at Netflix 🤑.

And that's it for this week!
