There are dozens of very complex project management tools which often end up in a drawer because they are too demanding and no one sees the point in updating them.

And then there is the approach which consists of favoring a lighter method but which is sufficiently complete to fulfill its task of sharing tasks and priorities.

I used Trello for a long time until I discovered MeisterTask 3 years ago. A revelation.

The idea?💡
A Kanban view. One column per status: ✅To do / 👉In progress / 🔒 Blocked / 🎉Done

🃏One card per task with 1 manager each time (this is what MeisterTask allows and not Trello). We can add sub-tasks, a date and check a card as completed.

During our weekly meeting, everyone describes their “cards” and we focus on the blocking points.

🔎We can very easily search for cards by tag, status or manager.
I have been using this for years and even those who are most resistant to project management tools are fans!
