When the king of Youtube becomes Squid Games

I couldn't miss the opportunity to share with you THE video you had to watch this week on Youtube.
This is the latest crazy thing from Mr Beast, the Youtuber of all superlatives in which he reproduces neither more nor less the Squid Games series, the Netflix phenomenon from which you have certainly not escaped (even if between you and me, the hype is not deserved).
If you don't know him, Mr Beast is an American Youtuber who has the particularity of being rather no limit in the challenges that punctuate his videos.
Some recent examples:
- The last one who keeps control of the Lamborghini wins
- The last one to leave the circle wins $500,000
- I bought everything there is in 5 stores
…you get the idea. Extreme and idiotic as can be.
In a word, entertaining and unique.
Mr Beast's latest madness as I told you consisted of reproducing the Squid Games series and all its games and it's rubbish:
- 💲Budget of $3.5 million
- 🥇$456,000 for the winner
- 👥456 participants
- ▶️100 million views in just 3 days
And you know what? It’s deserved!
We’re on a masterclass. This type of video before so many means shows that the era of videos made in the bedroom is over. We can have big productions with enormous resources and that opens up some pretty crazy perspectives.
This video is worth watching if only to see the evolution of the Youtube game.
