🎵A beautiful story on TikTok

Tiktok is a social network on which I have very divided opinions.

On the one hand I see it as a real Time Sucker (users spend there on average 52 minutes/day) with a lot of cheap content.

On the other hand it is a terrific creative tool which offers real gems when it is used by the right people.

And it is precisely in this category that the example that I want to talk to you about today fits.

It is the story of an artist Jessia who hums a few words of a verse which advocates self-acceptance and being comfortable in one's skin despite shapes.

A music producer comes across the video and creates a sound. The result is so good that these 2 strangers decide to record together remotely.

The song is a hit and has 1 million plays in just 2 days on Spotify. You can listen to it below

I encourage you to unroll the thread by Perrineam on Twitter which retraces the whole story in video and shows how a simple chorus sung in a car becomes a hit in a few days and the anthem of women feeling good about themselves.
