Whereby: the easiest way to launch a Visio and collaborate online

Not so long ago, communicating via Visio with a person required installing an application, creating an account, adding contacts you wanted to call...

Fortunately it has greatly improved but I didn't imagine that a service would still be capable of simplifying the user journey.

And then I came across Whereby whose promise is: no install, no download and no login for guests.

As Saint Exupery said, “Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing more to take away”.

In this sense Whereby is perhaps the definition of perfection when we talk about Visio.

So I created my free account on Whereby in 5 seconds and I then had access to my personal room, the link of which I can share with 100 participants and up to 45 minutes/sessions.

I can share my screen, create subgroups and even collaborate on applications like Miro, Trello, Google Doc or even Slack.

Paid versions offer branding, longer sessions and recording.

In any case, I have become a fan of this application! It's easy to launch, accessible via my iPhone's browser if I'm out and about and very ergonomic.
